It's difficult to decide what to say without using too many superlatives, but I don't think the service could have been bettered.
I'm a little wary of websites, so having a phone number e
asily visible was the first plus. The person who took my call (a real person, with no list of numeric choices and awful on-hold musak) was courteous, informative and good to talk to.
The order had to be placed on line, but that was no problem, and it was very reassuring that there were a range of payment options, including PayPal - my first choice.
You promised next day delivery (even though it's Saturday, so no need to take time off work to wait for the delivery), and, lo and behold, it arrived before 10.30 this morning, so I can now get out and enjoy the sunshine.
Oh, and I almost forgot, last but definitely not least, your price couldn't be bettered - and you don't even charge for the prompt delivery!
I will definitely use you whenever I can, and will recommend you most highly to everyone I know.
