What is the returns procedure
In the unlikely event of receiving faulty software, please contact us for RMA number.
Returned software must be in original packaging and be complete with all documentation/licence/manuals etc.
Software will be exchanged "like for like", no refunds will be offered.
Is there a Software Help line ?
Software support/help is limited to manufactures web sites, we will be updating this site with links in the near future.
Please E-Mail tech@it-trade.co.uk for any specific information you require which cannot be found by these channels.
Why dont you take credit cards?
We are currently in negotiations about the possibility of credit cards but with the current small print involved coupled with the possibility of fraud etc we are being extremely cautious about such a step.
What is OEM and why is it much cheaper than Retail boxed products ?
OEM software is designed for use by system builders and as such can and will only be supplied either to companies who build and supply hardware to the public or to customers who wish to upgrade their system(s) in which case hardware MUST be purchased at the same time as the software for OEM regulations to be met.
Please contact us to discuss any queries you may have with this issue.
WARNING!!!
It has come to our attention that there is a large amount of COA licenses currently available from unscrupulous dealers, THESE ARE ILLEGAL and are either fakes or have been obtained via a "back door" from a large company i.e Compaq, Dell etc.
Microsoft does not view these as proper licensing and you may be held accountable for the use of such material.
IT Trade use only official UK suppliers to guarantee authenticity of its products
